Balance the Basics







It is a provocative point, and Graves backs up his assertion with both evidence of its neglect and examples, drawn from research in the United States and Scotland, of the beneficial outcome when this aspect of learning is given attention. We think Mr. Graves' analysis will be of interest to parents as well as to educators and policy makers.
