Summary Description
Provide technical assistance for all video requirements associated with foundation meetings, events and special functions. Ensure that conference rooms are prepared for meetings and that audio video equipment is delivered, installed and operational. Assist user with training and operation of equipment and oversee operation of foundation audio video equipment by outside vendors and contractors. Provide support for multi-media presentations, including video streaming, web conferencing, video conferencing and other technologies. Manage all audio video equipment and laptop devices associated with AV presentations. Assist with the development, coordination and installation of audio video related projects.
Qualifications
• Information systems or technical degree or equivalent experience in audio video operations and services. IT, audio video training and certifications
• Three to five years providing audio video technical support services at all levels. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of audio video equipment, software and technology, including video conferencing. Ability to prepare and support laptops and other computer equipment, including Apple, and assist with operation for presentations. Ability to support various multi-media presentations (Windows Media Player, Real Player, etc.). Possess knowledge to configure and operate all audio video and multi-media systems.
Salary
$53,600 - $63,900
