Ford Foundation Retains Russell Reynolds Associates to Assist Search for New President
NEW YORK, December 14, 2006 — Kathryn S. Fuller, chair of the Ford Foundation's Board of Trustees, has announced the selection of the global executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates to assist in its search for a new foundation president.
In September, Susan V. Berresford, the Ford Foundation's eighth president, announced her plans to retire in January 2008 after 38 years of service.
A search committee of the foundation's Board of Trustees, chaired by Fuller, is managing the search.
Mary Tydings, managing director for Russell Reynolds Associates, will serve as the point person for the firm's efforts.
