Alice C. Goh is director of the Office of the Executive Vice President for Program. She serves as chief of staff and is responsible for strategic initiatives, including Ford Global Fellows. She has played a key role in the development of foundation strategy and new initiatives.
Prior to joining Ford in 2014, Alice was a management consultant to education organizations and foundations. Before that, from 2008 to 2012, she was vice president of Strategy and Administration at Teach for All, where she was responsible for global finance, technology, and operations. Earlier, Alice held management positions in the nonprofit and private sectors, having started her career at Goldman Sachs.
Alice earned an MBA and masters in education from Stanford University and a BS in policy analysis from Cornell University. She is a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women.
