Jessica Dalton Rees is a program associate on the Future of Work(ers) team, working to advance a strategy that promotes quality work and economic security for low-wage workers. She supports the strategy implementation with research, analysis, and evaluative thinking across the team’s grant making. Jessica also serves as an active member on the Labor Innovations for the 21st Century Fund steering committee.
Prior to joining Ford in 2017, Jessica worked as a consultant for the UN Women’s Economic Empowerment section in New York on a project that aimed to promote and protect women migrant workers’ labor and human rights. She also was a consultant for UNICEF’s HIV/AIDS advocacy unit in New York and was a fellow for International Justice Mission in Chennai and New Delhi.
Jessica holds a master’s degree in human rights studies from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oklahoma.
