Manuela Culetsu is a member of the Internet Freedom team. As a grants manager she has supported the foundation’s work to advance democracy, rights, and justice, including Internet rights. Manuela has been responsible for processing grant actions, managing grants, budgets, and service agreements, and providing data and technical assistance to grantees and program officers working on Internet rights.
Manuela joined the foundation in 1987. Prior to assuming her role as grants manager, she served in various other positions at the foundation and worked to support freedom of expression, education, and creativity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in teaching English as a second language.
